Steel
We control the full structural steel package in-house - fabrication and erection under one roof. Steel is detailed with installation in mind, fabricated on our schedule, and erected by crews who built the foundations it sits on. No outside fabricator queue, no lead time surprises, no finger-pointing between trades. One accountable party from shop drawings through final bolt-up and field welding.
Steel Erection
Steel erection is where everything comes together. By the time iron goes up, our crews have already completed the earthwork, utilities, and foundations on the same job - so the team setting your steel knows exactly what they poured. We cover the full structural scope: column and beam setting, joist installation, metal deck placement, and all bolt-up and field welding. In-house fabrication means we resolve fit-up issues before they reach the field.
Steel Fabrication
We control our own structural steel fabrication - from detailing and shop drawings through fabrication and delivery. No waiting on an outside queue, no lead time surprises. Our team's deep experience spans both fabrication and erection, so connections are detailed with installation in mind and steel is built to fit the way it goes up. One accountable party for the entire steel package.

Common Questions
Yes. We're a single-source sub for everything from earthwork and utility tie-ins to the final steel erection. It cuts down on your coordination time and stops the finger-pointing between different trades.
Yes. Having our own steel fabrication capabilities means we aren't just waiting on a third-party shop's lead times. We control the quality and the timeline from the shop to the crane.
Because we fabricate in-house, our lead times are significantly shorter than subcontractors who rely on third-party shops. We control our own queue, so we can prioritize your project and coordinate delivery directly with erection scheduling. Exact timelines depend on the tonnage and complexity of the package, but we provide a firm schedule during the bid phase.
Steel erection is inherently high-risk work, and we take it seriously. Our crews follow OSHA steel erection standards, maintain site-specific safety plans for every project, and conduct daily pre-task safety briefings. Crane picks are planned in advance with full awareness of site constraints, overhead hazards, and adjacent trade activity. We don't cut corners on safety to save time.
Because we typically self-perform the earthwork, utilities, and foundations on the same project, our erection crew already knows the site and the schedule. We coordinate crane access, laydown areas, and sequencing directly with the GC's superintendent. When steel is going up, we make sure other trades know where and when to stay clear - and we keep the critical path moving so nobody's waiting on us.
